Do participants need an app or an account?
No. They scan the QR code or type the short link (like qiz.io/K7M2QX) and answer in their phone or laptop browser. Codes are case-insensitive and skip look-alike characters such as 0/O and 1/l/I.
How many people can join?
The free plan covers up to 100 participants per session, with unlimited sessions. qiz rooms have been load-tested with 2,500 simultaneous participants, and Event passes cover up to 5,000.
Can people answer more than once?
No — one answer per person per question, remembered even if they reload the page.
What about inappropriate answers?
Word clouds have a built-in profanity filter, and you can hide any answer with one click.
Can I export the results?
Yes. Download every answer from every question as a CSV file.
